Sword Art Online: Integral Factor has introduced a new scenario event titled "Unital King Incredible Foreigner," coinciding with the release of the "Unital King" short story by Reki Kawahara. This event brings a crossover element by featuring Layla from Sword Art Online Variant Showdown. Players participating in the event can obtain new costume avatars, a ★4 Kirito Skill Record titled [Guided by a Strange Aura], and a variety of event-limited rewards including Arcana Gems, Awakening Stars, Medals of Combat Arts, and Memoria Niter S.
The event structure involves completing four scenario quests to unlock a new dungeon. Additionally, after the April 30 maintenance, a high-difficulty dungeon called Exile will be made available. Players can engage in battles against the boss monster, Incredible Giant, which also serves as a target for the ongoing SAOIF x SAOVS joint event. Progress in defeating the boss will contribute to community-wide milestones that offer additional rewards, including special chat stamps and a further allocation of Arcana Gems.
The "Unital King Incredible Foreigner" event began after the April 23 maintenance and is scheduled to run until May 28, 2025. Meanwhile, the joint event that tracks cumulative boss victories will conclude earlier on May 8, 2025. Interim updates regarding event progress will be provided through the official SAOIF X (formerly Twitter) account. Players interested in participating can begin the event by speaking to the character Layla at the Teleport Gate Plaza in-game.
