Echo of Soul has released a minor update for April 2025, introducing an expansion to player inventories. All players now have access to four additional bag slots, which unlock automatically upon login without the need for completing quests or spending in-game currency. To utilize these new slots, players must place a bag item into each one. Free bags containing 8 to 24 slots are obtainable through in-game events, while premium bags offering 30 to 48 slots are available through the Cash Shop.
In addition to the inventory expansion, two new limited-time events have been launched. The first, titled Vengeance of Nerodin: The Second Breach, tasks players with confronting Granil in the Nerodin Ruins. Successful participants can acquire extra Granil’s Keys, which are used to unlock Locked Granil Treasure Boxes containing updated rewards. These rewards include Mistilteinn items, Superior Keys, and various equipment and enhancement materials.
The second event, Moon Queen Luna: The Second Breach, introduces Luna as a field boss in both the Nerodin Ruins and Ignea Plains. Players can complete daily, weekly, and repeatable quests associated with Luna by speaking to the NPC Popo. Participation offers opportunities to collect event items such as Friggard’s Sacred Object IV, Mistilteinn Boxes, Granil’s Keys, and other consumables. Both events are scheduled to run for 28 days.
