Blade & Soul NEO has released its Moonwater Plains Part 2 update, continuing the game’s modernized progression. This update includes an increase in the level cap to 55 and introduces Legendary skills that players can acquire through defeating world bosses or via the transmutation system. The update is part of the ongoing efforts to expand the game’s content while maintaining accessibility for returning and active players.
One of the key additions is the Bloodshade Harbor dungeon, available for players at level 48. This instance includes a sequence of encounters against various Blackram Marauder bosses, including Venomous Thrasher, Cobalt Widow, Scarlet Widow, and ultimately, Blackram captain Hae Mujin. Completing the dungeon provides access to new item rewards tied to the update’s progression goals.
The update also features the Cold Storage mini dungeon, which introduces additional group content with conditional boss appearances. Winter Mane, a mechanized humanoid, and the Kaarii Lord, which only appears under specific conditions, serve as the primary challenges within this smaller-scale instance. These additions aim to provide more structured activities for players preparing for higher-tier content within the game’s current framework.
