Digimon Super Rumble is set to receive its 2.58 update on February 13, 2025, introducing new Digimon evolutions, content adjustments, and system improvements. Beelzemon can now evolve into Beelzemon Blast Mode, and Hiyarimon has been added as a new Childhood 2 Digimon, obtainable from Hayamon with a certain probability. The update also brings changes to the Digipass system as Season 1 ends and Season 2 begins, introducing new reward adjustments. Additionally, the World Tree’s Protection system will temporarily enhance specific Digimon, and a new field boss, Deadmeramon, will replace Wangaegulmon in the Rotation Field Raid.
The update includes various system and shop changes, such as the addition of new items to the VIP and RANK Shops and an increase in the maximum stacking amount of RANK tokens. Adjustments have been made to chat filtering, and new achievements related to Digimon collection and costumes have been added. Several in-game events will also be introduced, including an attendance event, a login event, and Vmon’s Valentine’s Day event, where players can participate in a quest to help Vmon create chocolate and receive event rewards. Meanwhile, multiple ongoing events, such as the Lunar New Year Lucky Bag Event and Marsmon’s New Year’s Exercise Event, will conclude with this update.
The update also addresses various technical issues, including improvements to loading speed, chat window optimization, and fixes for overlapping megaphone chat and certain skill-related frame drops. Adjustments have been made to Digimon evolution scene visuals, camera movement, and field boss interactions to address reported issues. The developers have acknowledged community feedback and state that they will continue working on further improvements in future updates.
