Chrono Odyssey, an upcoming action MMORPG developed by Chrono Studio and published by Kakao Games, has announced a closed beta test scheduled to take place from June 20 to June 22, 2025. The game is built on Unreal Engine 5 and offers a range of gameplay elements, including player versus environment and player versus player modes. Players in North America, Europe, and Asia will have the opportunity to access the test on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Participants in the closed beta will be able to explore different in-game areas and test six available classes. To apply for access to the beta, players must visit the game’s Steam page, where they can request a playtest. Upon approval, they will receive an email with further instructions for preloading the client before the servers open.
Chrono Odyssey is expected to launch globally in the fourth quarter of 2025. The closed beta will allow the developer to gather player feedback before its full release. More information about the game and updates on the testing process can be found on the official Kakao Games website.
